LES BJOLA: Chief Executive Officer

Les has been an active and exemplary leader in real estate development for over 23 years. As the CEO of Turner Lane, his day-to-day activities have been heavily oriented toward the successful conclusion of thousands of real property transactions. Les has managed hundreds of projects and has directed such complex assignments as the Bear Mountain Golf and Country Club Resort. His broad and deep knowledge of the development business, combined with his experience in property acquisition, has positioned Turner Lane as one of the leading developers in the province. Extensive experience in Project Management includes acting as a liaison between property owners and all stakeholders, managing complex governmental relations and developing sound management procedure. Les is a tireless community supporter and a benefactor to countless organizations. He is a Past President of the Victoria Real Etate Board and the West Shore Chamber of Commerce.

STACY KUIACK, BA, MBA, President

As President of Turner Lane, Stacy has day-to-day responsibilities for the execution of the firm's corporate finance strategy and business development. He recently sold his equity in an award-winning custom home building firm and stepped down from his role as the Managing Partner. Additionally, Stacy is a Founder and past Director, President and CEO of a publicly-traded breakthrough behavioural software and medical technology company. Stacy is a Director and/or advisor for several companies, a member of multiple advisory panels and foundation boards and has participated in over $250 Million in debt and/or equity financing for various entrepreneurial projects. Stacy's experience includes his current position as the Visiting Business Leader at the University of Victoria.

MILT R. PORTER, CGA, - Certified Financial Officer

Milt brings 30 years of accounting and finance experience to his role as CFO at Turner Lane. He is a Certified General Accountant with an extensive background in accounting, audit, tax, finance and treasury. Primarily focused on the natural resource sector, Milt's strong track record in the public and private equity markets make him an invaluable memeber of Turner Lane's corporate finance team. He is a confident and astute leader who functions best in the Vice Presiden and / or CFO role.

RACHAEL SANSOM, AScT - Project Coordinator

Rachael's primary responsibility as the Project Coordinator for Turner Lane is to ensure that the client, consultant, contractor and local authority work in unison to deliver the best product possible for our clients. With a background in both consulting engineering and local government, Rachael understands the land development process and can anticipate challenges before they arise to ensure a seamless journey from conception to completion of the project. She has a reputation in the development community for fairness, practicality and efficiency. She has experience providing detailed management studies, feasibility studies, project management, appraisal and acquisition, construction and both public and private consultation. In addition to project coordination, Rachael also draws on her governmental experience to provide the management services of Turner Lane to municipalities for planning and subdivision work in either a short or long term capacity. Prior to Joining Turner Lane, She worked as a project officer for excelbuilders.com where he managed construction projects from start to finish.

ANDREW J. MARSH, AScT - Senior Project Manager

Andrew fulfills an integral role managing and monitoring the overall progress of multiple projects and personnel in a master planned community as the Senior Project Manager. He has a proven ability to function with detail and insight in a fast paced and deadline oriented atmosphere delivering projects on time and within budget. Working directly with the corporation, the construction management firm, and the municipality and all utility and service providers, Andrew is an important leader in the development operations of Turner Lane. Andrew has 15 years experience as a Structural Engineering Technologist. He is responsible for many of the aspects of the structural design and field review of residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as bridges, retaining and pier structures. With extensive experience in structural drafting and design Andrew's track record of on-site problems solving to the mutual satisfaction of the engineer, builder and owner has earned him the respect of contractors and project managers throughout the Greater Victoria area.

ROB JOHNSTON, CTech - Project Developer

Rob brings 30 years of design and management experience in the engineering and development industry to Turner Lane. He has created great working relations with municipalities, utility companies, contractors and other consulting companies to ensure that all projects are completed without delays. Rob also has experience in on site construction that helps to solve any contractor or engineering issues before they become costly problems. Rob's ability to review projects at a conceptual stage to create cost effective solutions is of great value to our clients.

COLLEEN MILNE- Sales and Marketing

Colleen is responsible for all Sales and Marketing activities on behalf of Turner Lane Development Corporation. She is a highly skilled communicator and her attention to detail and creative thinking supports the launch of successful marketing strategies for all Turner Lane projects. Colleen's 20 year real estate career has included experience in most facets of the industry, including residential and commercial sales, Project Development, Management and Sales, property management, office ownership, recruiting and training as well as Strategic and Business Planning. Colleen's integrity and commitment to excellence in all her endeavors ensures enhanced project branding, project revenues and Turner Lane's customer's experience.

RONALD TAYLOR- Consultant - Development & Advisory Services

Ron is Senior Vice President, Development & Advisory Services with Arcturus Realty Corporation. Arcturus is an independent third party real estate services company that delivers management, leasing and development services to approximately 35 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties across Canada. Ron is retained by Turner Lane to provide and deliver a wide range of development and advisory services for its projects. His priorities are to provide Turner Lane and its clients with dynamic development concepts and achievable implementation strategies. Over the past 20 years, Ron's experience covers some of the most exciting urban mixed use developments of our time, including: Canary Wharf, London, England; Queen's Quay Terminal, Toronto, Yerba Buena Gardens, San Francisco and Sante Fe, Mexico City. Ron's expertise in leading downtown and waterfront revitalization projects is far reaching, including the City of Burlington Downtown Waterfront and most recently, the award winning, Halifax Seaport for the Halifax Port Authority.

Ron is on several industry Boards and is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry Conferences. He currently chairs the Outreach Committee of the Toronto Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and in November 2007, was the moderator for a City of Burlington Conference on sustainable development. A high energy visionary, Ron applies 360 degree thinking to each project and constantly strives to keep his clients and projects at the forefront of the industry.

FRANK HARDING - Consultant - Building Code

Frank "Bud" Harding, has been a part of the construction sector for nearly 50 years in various capacities across British Columbia. For 20 years, between 1986 and 2006, Bud served as Chief Building Inspector for the City of Colwood. He gained tremendous knowledge over his long-standing career and since his retirement in 2006 is retained by Turner Lane as a consultant specializing in Building Code issues. Bud's expert knowledge will be applied in all Turner Lane developments to ensure accuracy and integrity with regard to Building Code issues.

DANA MANN - Legal Assistant

Dana brings 15 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and has focused her expertise in Real Estate and Corporate conveyance, Municipal Law, Development Law and Foreclosure. Her training includes the Legal Assistant's Program at Malaspina College and an Entrepreneurial Course at the Kiwanis Enterprise Centre. Dana is responsible for the preparation and registration of documentation necessary to facilitate subdivison, servicing and financing for Turner Lane projects. She provides administrative assistance to the CEO and President and liaises with various law firms on pertinent legal matters. Dana has experience with small business start up, organization, Business Plans and is currently completing the BC Real Estate Association's Property Management Course.

PATRICIA CAMERON - Executive Assistant and Officer Manager

Patricia (Trish) has the primary responsibility of effectively managing the overall day to day operations within the office and all matters pertaining to Human Resource management. She reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, assists the President and fulfills a dynamic and multi function role within the Turner Lane family.

Trish has 27 years experience as a Land Title Registry Agent, including a thorough knowledge of land, business, mobile, archives and court registry filings. Additionally. Trish brings a wealth of Office Administration experience and organizational skills to the office environment with her accomplished and energetic interpersonal skills.

ELISA LINUZZI - Certified General Accountant

Elisa graduated from the University of Victoria in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree and is a Certified General Accountant. She has 14 years experience in accounting and auditing with public accounting firms and 5 years experience in auditing for the provincial and federal governments. She currently serves as Treasurer for a not-for-profit society and has been an active volunteer for more than 12 years for local sports organizations and independent schools. Elisa's role at Turner Lane involves the accurate and detailed monitoring of all corporate and client projects to ensure CRA compliance, timeliness with required filings and reports for clients.

TAMMY BARRY -Accounting

Tammy brings a high level of attention to detail to accounting activities on behalf of Turner Lane. She provided accounting services for a large vending operations company for 17 years prior to joining the Turner Lane family. Tammy has a terrific sense of humor, processes great volumes of data quickly and accurately and adds to the equation with additional Network Management and Database creation experience.
